1. Intellectual Property: All algorithms, architecture, and "Half-Brain" protocols remain the sole property of HalfBot Orchestration LLC. Your use of the service constitutes a revocable license to utilize our intelligence layer for project-specific tasks only.

2. Responsible Use: Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the runtime for the generation of harmful, illegal, or unethical content. HalfBot reserves the right to terminate access upon detection of intent-layer violations.

Privacy & Sovereignty

HalfBot adheres to the principles of "Non-Rented Intelligence." We do not sell your context. Your data is your exocortex.

3. Data Collection: We collect minimal telemetry data required for system stability. In compliance with US State privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA), users have the right to request full erasure of their episodic memory segments stored within our vector databases.

4. Security: All interaction layers are protected via 256-bit encryption. Handshakes are verified using sovereign keys. We do not participate in bulk data surveillance programs unless compelled by a valid warrant under US Federal Law.
